We value your trust. This policy outlines exactly how Ibda Verse collects, uses, and protects your personal data and creative assets.

  • Zero-Training Default: We do not use your private generations or prompts to train our public foundation models without your explicit opt-in.
  • End-to-End Encryption: All assets are encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). Your studio projects are accessible only by you.
  • You Own Your Data: You retain full ownership of your inputs and the output generated by our AI tools. You can export or delete them at any time.

We collect information you provide directly to us, such as when you create an account, update your profile, or use our interactive features.

Account & Usage Info

Name, email address, password hash, phone number, profile picture, device IP, browser type, operating system, and interaction logs.

User Content

Text prompts, uploaded images, audio files, and generated video outputs.

03. AI & Model Training

Our Stance on Training: Ibda Verse distinguishes between Private and Public data. We do not use content from Private workspaces to train our foundation models.

If you submit content to the Community Showcase or participate in public contests, you grant us a license to use that specific content for model fine-tuning and promotional purposes.

04. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share information only in the following circumstances:

Service Providers

Vendors who help us with hosting (AWS), payment processing (Stripe), and email delivery.

Legal Requirements

If required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.
